I'd have to say better pics = people being able to tell you more about what you want to know but if you still can't focus you're camera any better then post some more in a couple days but by then you should be able to tell your self.

we need to see the pre3flowers that grow between where the stem branch and leaf meets . right in the crevase of the v theres a tiny spike thing that should be growing up. thats not the preflower. the preflower is right next to that in the crevase of the v

Yup move that camera closer right where Ricky said. Ofcourse with some more time it will be obvious even in a distant picture.

these plants arnt showing any sex what so ever! they will usuall show pre sex flowers but they usually take 4 to 6 weeks of growth to show up!

The second pic is the clearest shot of the nodes, IMO, but I still can't see any pre-flowers or anything showing sex. Look at the pic(thumbnail) I put up. That's a female pre-flower and what you should look for. This pic is a male pre-flower. It has a stem with a ball on top and usually has an "overbite".

Agreed it looks like you got yourself a female which is great but not guaranteeing but looks promising from what i can tell
