Male or Female Rookie Needs Help

Today is day nine of 12/12 and I am seeing signs of it's sex. I am completly new to this, my very first grow and not sure if this is a male or female. Please heavy hitters can you weigh in on this I would greatly apreciate it.I have a total of four plants but I think the other three are females will post pics of them tom. My main attention is on this one for some reason. Thanks

Until you figure it out it would probably be a good idea to keep the plants separate. If you've got some male and some female they might end up getting pollenated.

I agree, and thank you. My biggest problem is that I only have one light and one room and have no clue how to safly seperate them. I have read that a male can pollinate a female that is a mile away, by the wind carring it pollen. So even if I did put it in another room, or more like how do I seperate them seperatly with my current situation any ideas?

Do male plants produce buds?

I guess if they know how to grow and check for soil ph.
What do you mean by ants real ants or is it some kind of slang word for something?
Can some one educate me please

yes male pollen is light. but the balls will show and then open,releasing pollen,so keep eyes for round balls on stick then destroy unless you want them to mingle and make your females seedy.females will have two hairs.. but male seeds will produce fast during flowering so keep eye out.

you can buy a cheap ph meter I believe the one I bought I paid like 10 dollars for it U.S dollars, and it does tell you how wet your soil is and the amount of light all of which are useless the only thing I use is the ph setting. What you do is take some of your soil, but you say your outdoors so what you can do is, dig a little hole and pour some water in the hole, let the whole drain and place your soil ph probe into it wait about a minute then read the meter and see what it says it will also tell you how well your soil drains. When growing in soil marijuana like a ph of 6.8 but will grow in netural soil. just watch your plants and they will tell you what they need, best thing to do is grow organic. I use Earth juice and my plants love this shit. Hope this helps and welcome to the wonderful world of growing. Solar

Males do not produce bud

if you got a male and its budding then you have a hermi which is male and female

males alone do not bud

you said you had only one light , what type of light is it ?

the one that you think is a male just move it some where else and trough some 2700k cfl`s over it untill you know for sure

you can get a pack of those cfl`s from lowes for about 6 to 8 bucks for a 4 or 6 pk

Wal mart has a power cord that has a light socket attached to it with a reflector for $10

here is mine , i got 2 cfl`s screwed in it with a ( Y ) splitter but you cant see it cuz of the reflector

but its perfect just to sit over a plant in a corner somewhere

Does the plant have to be in a seperate room or a certain distance away from the others. I do have two of the clamp lamps with cfls that what i use to start off with. Right nmow there under a digital 600 watt hps light.

If your worried about one of your plants being a male

then just take the one that you think is a male and put it buy its self ( away ) from your females , a separate room or closet

and throw the cfl`s over it

if it turns out its a female just put it back with the other girls under your hps

youll be cool you will notice out the male before it has time to pollinate your female it takes them a couple weeks to drop a load even if your a rookie its not hard to tell just look at pics of females and males up on google images and post pics
