I am not 100% as it popped up unexpected and I let her go. I thought within a week of the big main one but not sure.?... It had strong skunk smell so I let her go and glad I did. It seems to me that if you grow these in steady good environments they will be females.?????? At least in my case so far and I am a newb.....

You might wanna start thinking about a way to tie those limbs up on the big girl later in flower. Looks like those limbs are gonna get heavy. lol

I'd recommend bamboo stakes. Maybe 4 footers? It will give those bud heavy branches support. Don't want your buds draggin' in the dirt 
Tying thinner braches to a hefty branch may also work, in some cases. You're gonna have some fun soon!
