Saved the photo, tweaked the saturation, color levels, brightness, etc. It actually looks herm as there appear to be pistils at the tip of the chute, but male looking sacks at the base. The preflower at the node also looks male. BUT, I would not chop it until I was sure, and if you are unable to identify it yourself you will not be sure until you give some better pics.
If possible, move it well away from your other plants and pop open one of the pods. If there's pollen in it, it's male (put it in a baggie to pop the pod it just in case). As swollen as those pods look, you wont have alot of time before they spew.
