I think it's to early to tell. All I see is new leaf growth.

that thing's been flowering for almost 3 weeks positive its a male no more leaf growth i killed it lol luckily i still had another shot glass girl going hopefull its actually a female this time thanks guys

90% male. Its a small plant for 3 weeks flowering.
You can give it another week... but im pretty sure you have a boy.
Pinch one of those "sacks" off... carefully... do not open it... and take it outside. open it up... if it looks like a male flower... kill it.
