i have tried this method with my last two grows....but i messed the first one up and mixed up the labels. The second time around i germed 3 seeds, 2 that fit the female pic and one that fit the male. I ended up with 2 females and one male as predicted.
By no means is this scientific fact, but it is a good guide line if you want to increase your chances.
But i hear ya on the "none fit this guide"....I have a 5 pack of mosco negra and none of them are pitted or "volcano" shaped as described in this guide....gonna have to pop them and see.
