Male vs. Female-Little Help

I am flowering in my first grow and watching closely to determine if any of my 15 plants are males. They were all cloned from female plants but am aware I must still keep an eye to make sure none turned. Am I going about this properly? Secondly, I have a Jack Herrerra plant I started from seed in the other room under fluorescent light and is about 9 inches tall. I am assuming and hope accurately this plant is not in anyway mature enough or in anyway could pollinate the females in flower? I know how reproduction works so I'm 99.9% sure but don't mind asking a dumb question when the alternative is not attractive!

Dont kill the little one yet- if its 9in or under- it likely doesnt have pre-flowers (woman) or balls (male).

If you look at my gallery or go through my first harvest- and only journal (sorry but I no longer like to post pictures) you will find pictures of both herms and males- both things you should look at and be prepared to recognize and eliminate.

If it is a male- and you will know before danger time if you're smart and view the pics- then most certainly eliminate it or be prepared to breed.

I am familiar with the development of the male plant but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. So thanks for the insurance because I hope to have my females flowered and done by the time it is mature otherwise I'll move it out of the house. I probably shouldn't even have started it until the flowering was completed. Please feel free free to post with any concerns or suggestions.
