I don't see any indications of either at this point. The back stem on pic #2 looks like something is starting there but I can't tell what. Give it a bit more time and we'll know for sure. How old are they?

I see some things that look suspiciously like pollen sacs. You will know for sure in a week or so.

You should remove males when you see the ball sacks drop, hang towards the ground

Once they drop they unfold and expose yellow manners with the pollen, if you let them open its too late,
