The perilite is for drainage and to keep the soil lose so the roots can move through the soil easier.You water them when they feel dry after you poke your finger in a few inches.At least this is what I know and do.
If the clone I took off reveg girl today roots I'm gonna take maybe 2 more and then flower her out again to settle in my mind once and for all is a revegged plant better or worse then the original and also are the clones taken from a reveg any different then the original plant.
I leveled all the bud sites on the first tote going in. I didn't get pictures but I was so busy today. I lightly lst'd 2 totes actually. I want to put them into flower so bad but I really think waiting the 2 weeks is going to make a big diffrence.

The reveg looks good! I've been very curious about that and I can't wait to hear what you think about the end results. And I'm curious about your chicken poop composting and tea. How exactly do you collect the poop (without all the other stuff) and make the tea? I raise quail and have been thinking about trying it. Thanks for the thread, Mama, and all the great feedback. I'm sooo new to growing and I've learned tons here.

wow I've been so busy I haven't had any time lately. I did put HB girl in her tote on the 19th and started another clone (yellow) to go into a tote. I'm going to veg her up for the same amount of time I did HB girl and I'm going to compare yields.
Chicken poop in the compost pile ... The only thing for bedding in the coop is hay so it all goes into the pile. I haven't gotten the seaweed yet but were going to the beach this weekend. As for the bunny tea it's easy to make. I put a plastic litter box with hay in with the bunnies and they poop and pee into it. I take the box out and add water and presto bunny soup tea.
I gotta get some pictures .... Gearing up for the start of flowering for the totes. First one goes in in about a week.
Hopefully I'll get back with pictures today.
