Not only did these people cause harm and damage to this kids life they also in effect raped the girl too. Now she's all fucked up going through counseling and shit because some fem-nazis convinced her she was raped.

as a general rule, i try not to have sex with incoherently drunk people who i've barely known for 5 minutes and have never really had a problem like this.

I follow the same rule..i've turned down a few drunk chicks specifically for this reason. However, that doesn't make it rape. Also, there's two sides to the coin. He was just as drunk, why wasn't his consent questioned?
