it also never said that they beat him senseless and then shot him while he was down. we dont know how the trauma to his upper body happened. hell he might have gotten his ass kicked the night before tryin to rip off somebodys elses plants. and i dont know about all u liberals on this thread but my first instinct when some shit is going down is definately not to call the cops. that is the last thing on my mind. u think the cops are gonna rush over to ur house cuz someone is in ur backyard rippin ur plants up, no. especially not in that neighborhood, that shit is ghetto as fuck and the cops out there have far more pressing matters on their hands than a pot thief. also as a side note our police department in sacramento is stretched so thin due to the budget cuts n such so their responses are even slower than a couple years ago, and they werent even fast before. they are far more concerned with pulling people over in hopes of finding guns and hard drugs. thats all they care about is taking guns n hard drugs off the streets, n there are plenty of those in del paso heights to keep them busy. if they are receiving a high volume of calls they have to do some triage to decide which ones need help quickest since they dont have enough officers to respond to every call right away. they would have asked the homeowner if the perp was inside the house or even attempting to come inside n when he said no hes just outside they wouldve put that call on the back burner.
