sweet justice! i especially like that they are suing for the amount the cops over estimated the value of each plant.. $5k per plant lol...

On second thought. I hope he loses.

If he was a legit pot grower than he should have only asked for what he usually gets from his crop. I mean, that's over 2lbs a plant market value. Does this guy have the sun trapped in a bottle??!

Sueing for that much only makes things go on. What makes you think the PD won retaliate on someone else? This dude might as well grow for cash cause he's defiantly suing for that reason.


What he should do is sue for what he'd get usually. And let it go.

Their is no peace here...

If I was that guy I would demand the Sheriff being fired and the DAs lic. put on hold.
Then sure give me what I would have gotten BEFORE they pulled their crap.
If not hey what goes around comes around.

Emphatically agreed. The cops' real power isn't judicial, but their ability to ruin our lives, homes, possessions, credit etc. in the course of their busts, free of the fear of civil retribution. It's high time they were fed their own medicine. I don't need to see these cops jailed, but i think it would be appropriate if they had their careers and employability gutted. cn

How long did the court case drag on for? That was all down time for him. It's not just about the plants that the cops destroyed, its about all the lost profits over the entire time this case went on for. Now he has to start all over and we all know how long that takes. What if the plants were a special strain that he had been working on for years?
