Man, the older Generation is hard headed,and unable to open there mind to the BOLD

So my mom is 58 and a nurse,and a Christian she thinks hell is real and all that Bull Shit. I showed her a verse in the bible Genesis 1:29 and she even says " He didn't want you to use it to take you out of your normal state" Than I said "he drank Alcohol", she says yes but it was wine,so I said the Flavor of the Alcohol doesn't matte" so she storms off,it amazes me how stubborn people are,and how they deplete themselves of one of life's amazing joys,I mean nowhere in the bible does it say DUN SMOKE TEH CANNABIS. and whats even more dumb,Im not religious at all,Im just Pro Ganja.

Yeah age really doesnt matter in this issue i think. Ill say alot of old timers in the bible belt areas are that way, but not everywhere. I feel more and more over the years religion will fade away anyway. How many kids these days go to church? Save your sundays kids. Everyone is dying to get in the cemetary. I wont rant about religion, but yeah like the one fella said, shes got to take the red pill to go down the rabbit hole, otherwise, she can take the blue pill daily and be "content with the lord".

My friend is hard headed and he introduced me to pot the first time in the 6th grade 13 years later he has nothing to do with it and acts like a bitch in front of it . But I guess I do find far more older folks like that then the younger crowd but that is only normal I guess?

yeah i agree its probably not so much age, but more, just the fucking rediculous beliefs people have.
im so dissappointed that in the 21st century, people still believe god and heaven (etc) is all real.

Lol, I dont want to get in an argument about religion, but cmon, you act like all the "smart" people before the 21st century knew there was no God and heaven. But its actually the other way around. We are the generation that doesnt believe in God. Its a central lesson nowadays, " You are a God" "God is a dillusion"....blah blah. Its easy to succomb to that because it is hard to be a God fearing individual in this world. Its a lot easier to make your own numb witted decisions without any foresight.

On topic tho, my dad is the same way. I cant budge him on anything from religion, to MJ. Its really hard to talk about touchy subjects to him because he has used his days watching the news. Its his routine, coffee-news,dinner-news. He believes what they feed them everyday.
