I don't follow Marc or know a whole lot about him on a personal level (I do know who the guy is, however) but as I scanned through the article it seems as if it's a smear campaign of sorts, either against him or the legalization efforts being made.. .

I have heard he has been accused of it before and supposedly Jodie was underage when they hooked up too.
