Marc Emery's Site

Hi everyone. I don't post much here but I have something I'd like to share. I was a member of the Cannabis Culture forum, formerly run by Marc Emery. As most of you know, Emery was recently jailed and will be extradited to the US to do 5 years for selling seeds . Well, I was initially sympathetic to him but I recently started to think over the facts of the case more and my opinion gradually changed to thinking that he does deserve prison and that he actually got off easy with the 5 year sentence. Many US citizens have been put away for 10 years or more for simply selling hydro equipment during Operation Green Merchant.

So when I started posting things pointing out those kind of facts, they banned me. Yeah, no warning or anything. It's like Cannabis North Korea now. The reason they gave on the banning page was "scumbag agitator". Just thought people should know what Emery's forum is really like.

I wouldnt say Marc Emery deserves prison. That kind of talk isnt accepted around here either

Ha, ha........ ban away. There is so much negative crap about this guy out- pull your heads out of your assholes. Even his ex-employees now believe he is where he belongs. Remember Marc, "Don't drop the soap in the shower"............

Actually, I don't believe he deserves prison for selling seeds. I believe he deserves it for stealing tens of thousands of dollars from American customers for either 1) not sending seeds people purchased, or 2) for sending bogus seeds that never sprouted or 3) for sending bullshit seeds that when grown turned into celery instead of pot. No one deserves jail for seeds or pot sales........

Just because people in the states are getting 10 years for hydro equipment, doesn't make that right either. No one should go to jail for hydro equipment, and no one should go to jail for seeds.

I think you're forgetting that we're working towards legalization, so why would anyone who is a supporter of that, want anyone jailed for cannabis related "crimes"?
