Much of part 1 I had already seen/knew, back in the 80's I had to pay 250/oz thanks to the Reagan's. And guess where it came from?, a US Navy serviceman stationed in Hawaii bringing it on-board in vacuum seals. Part 2 blew me away, I never knew they legalized actual weed dealing in CA via delivery drivers. And I would love to have Chris the chef on this site with his microwaveable cannabutter popcorn recipes!.

The dispensary issue is interesting. I have heard mixed reviews on these, some(if not many)are simply liquor stores with a different product. Why not allow patients to go directly to licensed growers whose meds are routinely tested independently for pesticides etc?. Then everyone wins, except of course the middle-men.
