Marijuana for medication can make you incapable?

i was reading a few websites and they said some people who smoke marijuana become incapable, like they can't move, so if a person took marijuana for medication and it was given by a doctor, could it still have this 'incapable' effect?

Though it's never happened to me from smoking, and I've smoked LOT'S at a single sitting before, I have been almost "incapable" from eating too much. The line between being medicated and being "incapable" is HUGE! There is almost NO chance of accidentally becoming "incapable" because only small amounts are needed to medicate. Even when you are "incapable" you can still function, move your body, speak, think, however, you may not WANT to.
