I LOVE CAPERS SINCE I WAS A KID, STEAK BY THE OUNCE BABY hahahaha. yah i love the eastside, born in Hamtramck, n grew up all over the eastside from Chalmers down 2 John R.theres alot of areas that are abandoned and ugly but not that bad, when you see empty houses thats a good thing for what were doing cuz the blocks w lots of houses still on em gots lots of dopehouses too haha. Detroit is a great city with strong spirited peoples. yah at 7 mile n Van Dyke is the Car jacking hood be careful over there man i know 2 white guys who got their heads blown off over there minding their own business for the 40$ in their pockets. and countless people whove been carjacked and robbed right around that intersection, the liquor store on the south east side of the intersection buys anything thats stolen so it brings alot of bullshit n dopeboys n dope fiends 2 the area. i love Detroit but if your not from there please be careful, the eastside people are better people though if your not flossing they should leave you be, the west side dudes are the cowards who will act like theyre tryn 2 help you n then fuck you over some kinda way. yah dude the BEST thing you can tell a cop if he pulls u over in Detroit is that your jus buyn some weed or some shit if your not from there, theyll be like ooo wtf get outa here hahaha.

Yep, you know your hood. I have lived all over the east side too. Detroit will come back. Hamtramck will never be the same though. I would stroll from my apartment to the Senate, then the Attic, then Paychecks. lol. We would roll joints right on the bar of the attic and everyone would go outfront and blaze. lol.
Caper's is the shit. I love those big ass steaks, a whole bowl of mushrooms and a whole bowl of fried onions. Then those fucking baked potatoes. The size of a football!! Always a good vibe in Capers. My first place in Detroit was by Sam D party store on John R, just south of 8 mile. I lived 2 blocks from the fairgrounds on Danbury i think. I almost got killed a few times. I was 18 and white as a motherfucker. I took these dancers down there and was pimping them out on John R. lol. Not the brightest thing for an 18 year old kid. I managed though.

Chalmers, Gratiot, Van Dyke, and John R, have some of the worst neighborhoods in the D running down them. im not saying be scared of going there, im just saying be aware if you are theres ignorant people who get mad if they see you lookn like your not from there and having fun, cuz their misrable, i used 2 have a house at 94 n French road n some black guys called on me for "selln budd" cuz they were mad 2 see a white guy happy n chilln in their hood they never assume you grew up there, they always assume your from somewhere else tryn 2 take their money. its a love/hate relationship with Detroit hahaha.

Why make a local law when it's over stated by state/federal law, so when it comes down to it, and you get caught and they end up charging you, when they made you think it's all legal, makes no sense to me If you think it's a good law your insane. Think your safe? Get busted. You will see.

Most or less is what I'm saying is why make a local law, and make people believe they won't get charged as long as it was under a certain amount, yet they change there mind, and federally start charging you, not saying it will happen just saying it's possible I've seen the similar things happen other places. There is no law set in stone and it's up to the police/cops that can decide on your future.
