It was an interesting show. They should have made it a two hour special, in my opinion. I think they gave Mr. Emory WAY too much air time. I would have liked it if they hadn't spent so much air time on him, and given more air time to the Israelis who are doing the mj research despite U.S. objections. I had really hoped to see more, and better, reporting on the medical aspect of things. Mr. Emory just reeks of "stoner", and yeah, he seemed to be jetting to me.
The woman with cancer looked really, REALLY good. Her skin was warm and healthy looking, her eyes were bright and clear, her gums looked healthy and pink. A stool sample and blood work would round out the picture nicely.
More time in/on Oaksterdam would have been nice, especially interviewing other businesses in the area.
But, mostly, I wanted to hear more about the science.
Oh! Oh! Did anyone else catch the DEA guy who was talking about weed that's got THC content in the 20s?? WHERE?? I've been under the impression that if you're in the teens (percentage-wise) that you're holding onto some fairly dank stuff. Then again, maybe I'm just totally out of the loop.
