marijuana withdrawals?

Hi I have been a chronic user of marijuana for about 1 year. I had to stop yesterday because I have to take a drug test in a month, ugh!

I feel terrible, rapid heart beat, nauseous, stomach ache, and an overall feeling of being sick?

Is there anyway to get around the drug test and could my body be having some issues without any THC?

There is a very small percentage of people who suffer from physical addiction to Marijuana. You may be one of them, but it is probably just psychological. As for the test...there are numerous tests with numerous ways to pass, you have to be more specific or learn how to use a search engine

I wish it was psychological but i have this uncomfortable feeling right in the middle of my chest.

it might just be your lungs trying to clear after constant smoking for so long.

I wouldn't be too concerned, I've yet to find a documented case of someone dying from marijuana use.
With the exception of incidents where it's blamed for causing accidents.
