Mars hydro FC-6500 in 5x5 tent

Glad I didn’t veg a day longer. These plants just killed it filing in the 5x5 tent. No topping. Just slight bending and what a canopy. I’m thrilled with every cross I try with this black lime reserve. Snd they are fast. Buckle in for last few weeks. I’m think sround Christmas for a chop date but we shall see…

shit I just realized I never updated my last harvest. My dad had a heart attack couple days after Christmas, he pulled throw miraculously but I was in Texas for a few weeks and then came home to backlog of to do’s and life. Now I’ve blinked a few times and two months flew by.

I think I ended up with around24-26 oz. not really sure. But I had about 16 quart jars full. Typically 1.5 plus oz per qrt. The wife actually took care of all the trimming and that was a great thing. ( first and last time I’m sure)

Looking really nice Green Machine! What distance are you keeping the 6500 from your canopy during flower? Also, is that silver box thingy a humidifier or something else?

Yes humidifier I picked up from Walmart of all places. Cool/warm mist options. Humidistat built in and night mode with no display lights. Love it!

and I just lowered to about 30 in I’d say. I had it to the ceiling of the tent to try to get somestretch but this vortex crossed with sweet Hawaiian skunk is a shorty snd bushy.

now I will probably keep lowering slightly throughout flower try to get to 20-24 inch from tops.

Your leaves stayed really nice at 30, so it gives you a good baseline to push it a bit more. I'll probably shoot for 24 " too and see how it goes.

Same here! The massive increase in PAR over HID has exposed so many bottlenecks to increased yields for me-I love it though, just means there is plenty of room to improve. I don't even need higher yields, it's just more of a fun challenge to keep me pushing forward and trying new things. Good luck with your current grow, you're going to kill it!
