Answer 1: FC is for commercial. FC-E is most cost effective. Maybe the E is for economical?

ANSWER 2: LED Grow Light / Indoor Grow Tent / Inline Fan / Carbon Filter / Duct Tube / Timer / Grow Bags / Grow Net / Timer / Hygrometer / heat matt.....everything a growing grower needs!!!

I think the FC 4800 would be the best option, I have 2 of the FCE4800 and love them! I imagine the FC4800 is even better!
