40x40 cm space not big, so a think a small light as their eco 300watt or reflector 240watt would do it, that also will not cost you much.

Mars Hydro 240W can work for that size. Maybe you could check their newest SP150.
I found a youtube unboxinig video of their SP250. The man is super funny, lol.

the eco 60led would be work, since the space is so small, probably for one plant only, and you can save several dollars for other nutrients or stuffs to offer more loves for the plant girl.
