Massachusetts is going to be the next state to LEGALIZE Medical Marijuana!

Its going to be QUESTION #3 on the ballet in November of 2012! Tell people in MA to vote for MEDICAL Marijuana because its a good thing.

Vote YES on QUESTION #3 in November of 2012 to LEGALIZE MEDICAL MARIJUANA in MA.

Its not like anyone has ever over-dosed (ODed) on getting "high" from MJ/weed.

So lets spread the word for the people in MA, because 16 states or 30% of the USA has MEDICAL MARIJUANA and why not support them?

If pot/weed was a bad thing than I wouldn't be advocating for it, but you guys all smoke MEDICAL Marijuana and I'm sure it helps you chill out and be cool.

So, in Nov of 2012 the state of MA is going to vote on LEGALIZING MEDICAL MARIJUANA, so tell ANYONE and EVERYONE in MA to VOTE YES on QUESTION #3 to legalize MEDICAL marijuana.

Thank you for your support.

Because he's a prohibitionist like his brother Barack.
WASHINGTON -- Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday reiterated the Justice Department's support for the Ogden memo, which in 2009 declared that the sale and use of medical marijuana in states where it's legal are a low priority for federal prosecutors.
"What we said in the memo we still intend, which is that given the limited resources that we have, and if there are states that have medical marijuana provisions ... if in fact people are not using the policy decision that we have made to use marijuana in a way that's not consistent with the state statute, we will not use our limited resources in that way," Holder said.

Of course that ALMOST explains why he hasn't instructed the DEA to re-schedule the substance....but not quite. You side step the issue. Obama remains a prohibitionist, just cause he only beats his slaves once a week and Romney would beat them daily doesn't make him a good master.

Maybe
he isnt stupid enough to change the scheduling before the election
Maybe just maybe he has to get reelected first
Ya think?
No of course not. Maybe you will see things a little more calmer once you finish puberty

I love how people think MMJ is equal to legalisation.

MMJ is a joke, weed is safer than alcohol, so treat it like alcohol and let all adults us it if they want, medical or not.

MMJ...bitch please.

I can't share your enthusiasm on this. I wish he would do as you suggest but I don't believe he will. If he does he will be remembered by many as the pot president.

No he will be remembered as a two term president that did the pragmatic thing on a lot of issues

But he wont accomplish anything unless he gets a second term

Look at the beating he took for "evolving" his opinion on gay marriage
and you want him to Announce he wants to legalize drugs right before a tight race?
aint happening
And Romney an the troll doll from Wisconsin who gets a -10 rating from NORML aint going to legalize drugs and will most definatly shut down dispensaries

Why on Earth would he reschedule after re-election? At that point, he has nothing at all to lose by staying the course, keeping the pot crime industry intact and rolling up the dispensaries. Especially as soon as Sativex™ is here ... if you ask me, THAT is being held for after the election. With Sativex™ available as a Schedule 2 prescription, with triplicate scrips and big prices ... MMJ is done. kaput. And the core constituencies (we here are at best a fringe constituency) are served. That's the end that I see coming. cn

No I don't want him to right now. If he does after I will jump for joy. Obviously the other guy is a throw your, mine and everybody elses but in jail guy. Like I said if that's his intention, well about time somebody did it.

I don't know anything about sativex, but I like your cynical tone. You will never go wrong being cynical!

The end of cannabis prohibition will come and it will be forced down the Demolicans throats by the people, one state at a time. In the meantime, millions of otherwise law-abiding peaceful people will have their lives shattered by the drug war.

I recommend you look the stuff up. It's already on the market in the EU and elsewhere. It's not here quite yet, and I suspect a "strategic rollout", with the election having much to do with it.
I am not sure of any of this, but if you were President and uninterested in rescheduling pot ... but do not want to tip your hand before November ... how would you play it?
Sativex™ will make all the suits happy ... it'll be money to and from pharma ... it'll allow the MMJ debate to be shut down HARD ... it'll keep the prison lobbyists cheerily writing those checks in the Capitol, and it's so much more "in" with the Elks Club set than a J that smells like Bob Marley looks to the average American retiree. cn

That will still require descheduling it. Do you see that as likely or achievable? Believe me; I wanna be wrong about this, but I'm "rigged for dive". cn
