Hell ya finally. I wonder how the laws and regulations will be. I need to find out how to go about being a caregiver or opening a dispensary. Wicked happy that this law passed a step in the right direction
That's wicked sweet!! Can you be open by the new year when the law takes effect? Any info on being a caregiver or plant count limits? Everything seems a little vague still.Im in mass and just got approved to open a dispensary in the boston area...This is going to be amazing, and the fact i get to help so many ppl get the medication they need is what i wake up for in the morning everyday...Thank god it passed![]()

. Just figured out how to put a quote in a post. This made me laugh so hard!! Unfortunately its soooo true. Definitely a state that could REALLY use some more weed!Massachusetts will be the first state ever to have a fist fight between customers in a dispensary.
There was a fist fight at the symphony orchestra in Boston a few years ago.
I'm originally from Mass. The place is fucking crazy.

you are allowed to grow at least until an official dispensary is set up.... then it should still be reasonably easy to be allowed to grow for yourselffrom what I've read though,by the wording of the law,"growing licenses" are only going to be given out under cases of undo hardship, where a patient doesn't have easy access to a state run dispensary? am I reading it wrong? How lenient are they going to be on this? Supposedly this law was written to "fix" some of the abuse issues other states have seen. I need to find me a new primary care doctor, mine umm..."retired"( I could never get a full story, some med board issues). Any MMJ friendly doc's around?
Do you mean would people be allowed to go to another state's dispensary?I have worked at a nursing home since 03 and we just got our first request for medical... I wonder how they will regulate admission of mess in such a situation.. Any presidence set with other state allowed mj?

i hope your right, isnt that what happened in rhode island? not sure though
Read the bill. There's a hardship clause that says if you live too far away from a dispensary you can produce for yourself. If there aren't any Jan. 1st....
