Massive roots short plants

So iv got 4 gals in early flower but there not streching like i thought they wood

Their about 50-60cm tall
But roots coming out the drainage holes all round
Big pots too 50l

Environment
120x120x180 tent
600w hps about 35-45cm above
Biobizz all mix
Monkey nutriants feed line
50l pots
Temp is about 26c

How long did you veg? When did you flip? Whats the strain? Indica? Sativa? Hybrid?

If your conditions are all on point, it just comes down to strain. I'll have multiple strains in flower, treat them all the same way, and have a massive sativa that I can barely keep away from the light, and a 2 foot stumpy little indica. Some strains just stay small, but size is no indication of poor quality, some of the best buds come from weird little plants.

Yeah more information like how long it's been since you flipped to 12/12 would be helpful. Every plant is different and as long as they are healthy I wouldn't stress. Good luck.

Most of my recent photos didn't even show sex until about 7 days from flip. Don't worry they are going to stretch.
