Masterkush flower time

hi im currently at day 43 flower MK from dutch passion and the plants look done already . this seems early , its my first go with this strain . most of the hairs are red and the are caked in trichsthey look done . should i wait longer or yank ?

def leave it for long u should take her to at least 65-70 days get a scope and look at the tricomes never had one under 60 days and i grew this several times favorite strain just be patient i promise u wont be dissapointed

post pics but go based off what your trichs look like not the hairs. Hairs dont mean much. Could just be that you had your light real close so get a magnifying glass and check your trichs

. thanks for the replies . this run i ran short of light space so the plants were closer than usual to their 1000w hps ( air cooled) really 60 days? the pack said 8 weeks . im just scared of over flowering and losing my potency. ive never looked at trichs , ive been growing for sometime now lol . what do you peeps recommend i buy for looking at trichs ? if im not mistaken the trichs need to be foggy to know its harvest time right? , thanks

No problem, I think theres something called the 420 scope or something like that. And yes if your plants are that close to that 1000watter then more than likely thats why your hairs are red. You should still have some time to go. plus 8 weeks is 56 days so thats relatively close to 60 days. You want the trichs to be about 60-80% amber or foggy. After you cut your plant down and hang it, it still has life for about 2-3 days so the remaining trichs will turn as its drying and hanging. If you cut it down with 100% amber trichs you could lose potency
