Mature plant with only 3 bladed leaves ?

This is the result of about 2 months of vegging ( i'm guessing-it was given to me at 10" tall) Anyway, i have been reading many threads on other ppls' grows and always wondered , what looks so different between my plant and the ones i see here. Finally ,another member here pointed out that it never matured past putting out 3 bladed leaves. Thats' it!! I spoke to my local hydro store guy and he said not too even worry about it. With sooo many crosses going on these days maybe its just a trait of the resulting plant,...maybe not, it could have been shocked early in life, but i would have thought it would grow out of this by now.
So, i figured start a new thread and see who else may have had experience with this. I've gotten feedback on both sides of the fence- Save it or burn it ?!? :?::fire:

I can't think of any more details but if someone has a ?? Feel free- all help is welcome i included a topshot so you can see what i meanthreeblades.jpg

Your right! I just re-checked and saw a few myself. They are very small yet, but i'm happy about it.At least i'm not dealing with a deformed plant.

Thanx Penguinking , those are exactly the kinda stories i was hopin to hear. Truth is , i don't want to thrw it, but then again why waste time and power on a plantthat won't be worth it? I'm hopin thats' not the case. This is my first time so i guess i'm a little unsure about what to do. If i was to guess though, by the looks of the rez thats' Already growing from the leaves, it might turn out nice. I figure i'll just let it finish flowering, and keep an eye on it, while i order seeds, or find another supply of clones.

After some more research, it turns out that i could actually have a nica plant on my hands. Maybe. I found this post, it very accurately describes the plant i have. -"i iive in same general location in upstate ny franklin county.and it is quit strange but i just happen to have three on theese 3fingered leaf pot plants, they dont even much look like pot but are very stinky and mine are definetly female.as to two of them are in 3 weeks uf flowering and are doing quit nicley and the other i cloned over one hundred plants of decent size of it,theese plants are just loaded and loaded in shoots upon shoots with 1 to 3 fingered fan leaves all over it with nodes just covered in pistols .i would really like to get some more info on theese types of plants if any one can help plzz help ive never seen any thing quit like it.If it hadnt came from a good friend/reliable source 1month ago at 2ft tall i would of thought i was getting ripped off. i think i may have whorled phyllotaxy or duck foot but not shore plzz.help me show me some pics or give me some info thanx"

Anyway i guess 3 bladers are called a duckfoot plant, ? Hmm. The part that nailed it for me in the above post was when he mentioned the thickness of growth with pistils and nodes SO close together, I mean LOADed. In one spot it grows thick like a knot with nodes and new leaves. I looks very different from even the most compact plants i've seen grown on here. Anyhow i won't go on and on but will keep updated to progress. Peace

I've had 3 bladed leaves on DNA sharksbreath.

Duckfoot is a landrace strain.. (I think Aussie?)
but looks like a duck's foot..and what you got ain't it..

I have a really odd plant too. It began like yours, with only 3 blades. Node after node of 3 blades.
The new node growing though has 6 blades on one, 5 on the opposite side. WTF?!
She's healthy as hell and do to misfortune about to be transplanted outside.

Wow, 4? I guess its' no big deal at all then. Yeah, i will grow it out, if not just to see what happens. Since i've been surfing posts here, you come across alot of great info for growers. I've been anxious to try some of the techniques that i read about ,like topping, lst, scrog, but not with this plant. This one grows thick underneath, lots of branching, i can't see how anyone could keep track of it all in order to prune or trim a plant the way i've read about. It grows the way roots would , like thick and tangley. Oh well, whatever, we'll see
