My only argument is this... A 250 watt bulb 40 bucks... where you can get 4 packs of 100 w equivalent 26 watters for 10 bucks. So thats 104 watts for 10, so for the same 40 bucks you could have 416 watts, and put them all over, and not just from one direction?
 
Your comparing apples to oranges Snake. The bulb he's talking about is 250 actual watts not equivalent, so you need 10 of those 26w bulbs to equal the same output. For best results, that bulb will cover about 2 sq.ft so depending on the size of your grow space, you'll probably want atleast 2 of them.
