Maximizing the 1st few weeks of a beans life

Greetings,
I have been growing for a few years learning as I go. Unfortunately the part of my game that sucks is the earliest part.
Once a seed pops I dont know how best to help it on its way.
I grow in potting soil indoors. I have a few different LED sizes. Smallish Spider Farmer models and a large Volt LED for a 5x5 flowering area.

I currently use NFTG nute line but in the past have used other lines to include a simple 1 part salt based nute line called Mega Crop.

I am intimidated in the earliest days because of how fragile new seedlings are. I know that the plant has all it needs in the first week so I dont do a thing other than
provide plenty of light. After the initial week though Im very unsure of how best to proceed. And then to complicate matters I would think theres a difference between
photo seeds and auto seeds in how much you can feed them in the early days.
The last photos I grew (G13 from ILGM) were respectable in size but nothing record breaking. They progressed so slowly in the first days and weeks that I almost pulled them. They finished strongly but the start was just sh*t.

Any help with my early game would be greatly appreciated.

If your in decent soil seedlings don’t need anything extra. Provide light humidity and small amount of water, like a oz. A day. This is where a lot of people struggle but it should be the easiest part imo. Good soil should take you first 3-4 weeks with water alone

It’s best to start in something with no charge or very light charge. Then the soil alone should take you to veg

This is one area that Im a bit ignorant of.
Ive ordered Myco+ to help with root development. It seems on par with Great White but much more affordable.
Clearly what I lack is a good understanding of early root development and how best to help that along.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it, Ive learned everything from forums and the kind people that inhabit them

I found the biggest gains for young plant growth is temp and humidity.
80-82F and get that humidity up to 60-70%.
They take off.

also I found too much light to be detrimentalon young plants. 300-500ppm max in veg.

Do not overwater young seedlings. Don't overwater at any stage of growth but definitely avoid at seedling stage.

If your ever interested in growing in a different medium give coco a try. You will see much faster growth rates compared to soil. And hydro is supposed to be even faster but I like coco as a grower coming from soil.

Solo cups with coco coir have been perfect for me, and I'd recommend it to any new grower. I soak the coco with cal-mag water, let it drip-drain for 6 to 8 hours, then drop my seed & throw a baggie over it. Remove the baggie once a day just for a second, everything should stay moist enough until the seedling sprouts. At which point, start it on a very weak feed.

The great thing is, you can transplant the coco into soil if that's how you intend to grow it. This is a great way to give you a jumpstart, and avoid overwatering while young.

Mycos/Great White works by dusting your rootball with it during transplant. It has to come in direct contact with the roots to do its thing. Not much help otherwise. I doubt it causes any issues adding it during seedling stage, but it's not doing what you probably think it's doing in your mind, so to speak. Save it til transplant.
