Yes it is possible. I got 3oz dried a cured on 1 plant with my 400 hps.

hmmm in my area i dont have that problem. the outside temp at the moment is 68. i know your jealous. anyways, if u could vent the warm air from the rest of the house u could probly be okay. like intaking the warm air inside the house into the grow area to provide a suitable temp. if that wouldnt be enough get a heather with a thermo and u'll be straight. lol im fighting with 80-85 temps in my flowering room right now. id much rather have to fight cold than heat.

there are other ways to maximize if you do not have feminized stuff. i just have a small closet about 2x4 with a 250hps. basically functional grow area with good light is 2x3ish. i have found that the best way is just train each plant individually. that way you can pick out males when they show.
with the training, i top the plants when they show about 4 good nodes. i top it above that fourth node. then let veg another couple of weeks using string and fish eye hooks to tie any out of control growth. then just flower them when they are back to 9 to 12 inches tall. the plants will shoot up for the first couple of week of flower. to keep the growth in the best light area, trim the leaves and flowers off the lower third to half of the plant. keeps most growth in high ight areas. Then you just need to keep alll these bud heights at about the same lvl. some plants wil be taller then otheres so you wil have to raise the smaller ones to get a nice even canopy.
never done scrog, but also never had clones or fem seeds so this way works best for me. i will try to get you some pics a bit to show you
