Maxlite 15W non-dim LED bulb

So after a discussion with @CobKits , I was in my local Super88 and found a 15W lightbulb for $1 each. The discussion was about "If it's cheap as shit, but works, the payoff in efficiency isn't always worth the investment." So, $30 in bulbs later I have these:

The plastic "bulb" is held on by caulk and comes off easy. Two screws:

Under the metal cap (it pulls out with some leverage) the ceramic holder has the driver, but it's all filled with silicon-like stuff:

Will people more knowledgeable than me like to talk about the LED board and driver?
(I'm waiting for a second response from Maxlite to include the datasheet)

whats it say for lumens on the box. i cant open your pics on this connection, they must be huge or something

id go down there and buy them out. if you want to rip them apart like that wire them up to use one driver to power 2 or 3 of the boards in parallel and that will kick some serious ass

I did exactly that. I'm hoping others look at their asian markets to see if they have these around. If they get anymore, I'll shout out in case anyone is interested.

I'm looking at what the drivers can do with my multimeter, and if it's worth to get a larger driver to power a larger portion. Going to build a couple veg lights since the penetration isn't great.

I found a huge stash of those at a local resale/overstock store, 4packs of 2700k for $2.... mine are only 9.5 watt version, but I managed to find the data sheet on them, and the CRI is listed at 92.... L/w is low, but I had the same thoughts after I took one apart as well....
