I am new to growing indoors, so there's gonna be some mistakes here and there. I have noticed that some leaves on the girls have been kinda curling downwards. Even the new growing leaves. They are in a 4x2 tent. Average temps are 70-75F and humidity is pretty low at 20% which I know that the average humidity should be around 40-50.
Btw, the girls are Do-Si-Dos

they look pretty saturated.
how often are you watering?

were they recently transplanted?

what medium are they in
what lights do you have?
and what nutes are you feeding?

typically the more info the better as plant problems are generally like puzzles with too many outcomes so the more you give us the more we can determine.

I am watering every two days.
They are in soil (FFOF). And I am running LED at 480w. I haven't fed them anything yet.

ya wow thats ALOT of water.
thats why they look like that

wait until the soil dries out until you water them again, same thing for regular house plants

Dont feed them anything yet. Ocean forest has enough nutrient to take that seedling into veg stage. What size of container is it in and how much water u giving it when u water?
That's the exact same thing a guy at a hydro store told me! And I am in 5 gallon pots. About half a gallon each pot

Okay, I will wait until the soil dries out! Thanks! I appreciate your help.
i think your pots look plastic to me, but make sure they have proper drainage in them as well they look like regular gardening pots if so disregard those usually are totally acceptable drainage

Looks like its defiatelty being overwatered. Let your plants dry out man. Water a bit and you can leave them for days. Its easier to over water then underwater. Your stems are purple from stress because you have been over watering. Just let them sit for like 2 days before watering them again. They will dry out and stand up.

a half gallon of water is way too much lol unless you are flushing. You dont want to water that much. A normal size water bottle per plant woudl be enough every 2 or 3 days. You want the plant to dry out alot before watering again. When the soil is drying out the roots will grow outwards searching for water.

your plants are still really saturated you can see from the photos, they wont dry out within 2 days with all the watering youve been giving them

lift up the pot is it heavy? like water weight heavy...
do you grow any household plants or have any experience with those, treat it like a regular plant.

Alright, thanks for the help. I haven't watered them since Friday. And yeah, half a gallon of water is too much.

One question though, do you guys recommend a 24-0 light cycle or 18-6?

i use 18/6 because i like natural, and the sun goes down in real life

but plenty of people use 24-0 with perfect success

its all grower preference
