You should have been there!...Haha, yeah I'm about to get baked but I'm having a few glasses of wine and watching Vietnam in HD on Netflix. Excuse me if I didn't explain it well, this series is super intense!!!
I'm sure I would've been if I'd been alive then. I have no doubt. You should have been there!...
Typical dinner at the Neo residence. Sichuan style pork and peppers. Beef and potatoes. Steamed rice.
Lol, me? Uh yeah, my wife's from China.Looks so fantastic! I suck ass at cooking Asian stuff. Well done dude.

Dove hearts are a nice tiny bit if you haven't tried them. I made a pretty good basted dove with a Hefeweizen, garlic, butter, bitters glaze. Don't recall the exact recipe but I do have an interesting dove recipe written down in my wallet if you are interested. Came out some hunting magazine I read. Guy owns a couple restaurant. I haven't tried it yet though...I still have 8 dove in my freezer from dove season
This is EXACTLY what my husband says. He's a super taster too. Meat all the way. He says just the smell of "green" things smells like silage to him. Yes, I cook for two. My stuff, his stuff. I can respect it though. IMO, red meat tastes like blood to me. Irony and metallic. If there's no meat, I can't consider it a meal.
Furthermore I have the super taste gene so veggies invoke my gag reflex.
I made "pho" tonight. A Vietnamese soup, some meat veggies etc. Thin strips of top sirloin in the primarily veggie broth....the soup is boiling and you toss your meat in, pull it out and eat when you deem ready
Lurves ya; yes, t ya wanna make the broth from the meat (baked here too).... y knowHow'd you make the broth? A chef I worked with a few years ago I think charred onions and ginger on open burners and then made a stock out of that and chicken bones.... I'm baked but does that sound right?
Bacon bitits a mini bacon!
