While i love crab, specifically soft shell crab or the small ones eaten in asia that you simply crack open like a fortune cookie and suck out the brown meat, i find them a pain in the arse and get's boring after a short while. But yes, shrimp is probably my all time fav food, but mussels, clams(not too keen on razers), lobsters, langoustine, cray fish. Oh god yes. England is stupid though, we're a small country, we have sea on all sides, yet good fish, let alone shellfish, is near unafordable for most people
that's pretty crazy, being an island i'd think seafood would be pretty big in england.. my gf lives in maine, and you can get fresh caught lobster up there for retarded cheap.. the lady she gets hers from, her husband catches them, then they bring them home and cook them up for you and everything, and it's still stupid cheap, not to mention yummy and super fresh..

i've never had crawfish, so i can't really say if i like it or not... seems like a lot of work for a small amount of meat like crabs.. on yah, never had soft shells either, they do look really good though..

Nope, fish here, and i should mention that when i say fish i mean good fish, and fresh fish, is one of the most expensive things to buy. A fresh lobster, as in alive, will typically cost £20 per lobster, being a 1 person lobster. Sure you can goto Lidl and get some frozen POS but i like my food to be good.

I used to be a huge sushi fan until i developed a shellfish allergy. Growing up i hated steak. My mom would buy cheapest cut and broil it in the oven. Then i came of manhood and discovered the all mighty grill

Only place that i've found selling it has been my last workplace, and Chandos deli (the ones with a fish monger counter). It works out at something like £35 a kilo, prime fillet steak price, but good god is that stuff to die for. I used to treat myself to a £5 tub of it every couple of weeks and just scoff it with a joint. The big octopus tentacles are my fav :)

I think you'd probably be able to find it from an online fishmonger (there are some great ones)

Here we go, fucking SOLD! A couple of those will be winging themselves my way the moment i get my next pay packet :)
