Let me just say one thing... And i hope that everyone catches my drift...

No doctor can say that you dont have PAIN

you know what i mean... doc my neck and my back... my back and my legs.. cant sleep ..feel anxiety... shit pick one..... go to the regular doctor and tell them that... they will prescribe you some antidepressant crap and some codeine or some shit and take that prescription to the medical mJ doctor... your done!

See if you look closely at the MJ laws... it states very clearly any other releave that marijuana helps... all MJ doctors need is for you to SAY " Marijuana helps my condition" then they are covered by law to give you a card.. its that simple. The MJ doctors just wants to be covered in case they get looked at.... its really easier than you think.

It's pretty easy, when i originally got my med card for my main injury iwas concerned that it would affect my lungs. the dr. told me weed is good for asthma as long as u use a vape, don't smoke any blunt wraps etc... i did my research and theres been studies supporting this and i was very surprised. so yeah it shouldn't be a hassle.

hey i have that info for you but i left it at a buddies house. will try to get it today.
also in northern california, medical cards can be obtained for only 50$. L.A. in southern California has unrevieled marijuana dispensing machines. they are open 24/7. they have 3 of them in l.a. it i pretty damn cool to see that some people are starting to understand marijuana.

The first step would be to locate a facility that has physicians or licensed providers that issue referrals for medicinal marijuana usage. Once you have that recommendation then contact your local public health department concerning their medical marijuana program. When I got mine it was just basically verifying it was me who was applying and residence. A week later I obtained my 215. Best of luck with you. I spent probably about $ 110 for the referral and $ 140 for the 215 card. I just have to renew both annually.

I wish it was as easy as you say it is, but it's not! The few states that allow medical marijuana have different laws from state to state. Keep in mind medical marijuana is a state law, not a federal law! Another words your license means "fuck all" in a federal court! They do not recognize it whatsoever!

Most states require that your illness be one that has been previously documented by another doctor or two. Another words, you cannot go to the medical marijuana doctor and complain about an ailment.

How old are you? Are you still living under the roof of your parents? If so I'd wait until you're on your own before obtaining this piece of paper.

asthma i actually a very legite problem. you can tell the doctor almost any kind of problem you have i California an you will get your 215 just as log as it is believable (so they can cover there ass)

According to Prop 215 Compassionate Use Act of 1996 Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5:

“…Physicians may legally recommend to qualifying patients, medicinal ‘. . . marijuana in the treatment of cancer, anorexia, AIDS, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, migraine, or any other serious illness for which marijuana provides relief . . .’”

So dont give me your shit... it is that easy .. and because you have cancer or whatever the hell you have you think you should only have the card?... what do you know about peoples back and neck pains...migraines.... what do you know about there anxiety attacks.. what do you know about sleep deprevasion...

so now only you should have it?.. your the asshole.

The haters are actually sounding hostile because of insane jealousy. They most likely don't live where there are medical marijuana laws so they don't understand.

Yes it's tru that state issued ID cards don't mean dick in federal court, but you have to be a complete moron, growing a field of it in plain vew and selling it to school kids to get hauled into federal court. If you are responsible and follow the laws about it then you can easily obtain a card and grow your own killer smoke. The most recent ruling in Cali prevents city and county law enforcement from being used to bust cannabis growers, so you pretty much have to get busted by the DEA now.

Try out MediCANN!! I'm not sure if they have other locations around the state, but in Sac it was super easy. Bring in a medical record that shows ANY ailment that cannabis can be used for, your driver's license, and $135. They even give you half price if you have Medical. Every person that I know that has used them for a referral has been approved.

hey bro u fuckin kick ass. Cali is where it is at. To the ass hole in here.... I am not taking shit away from anyone who needs it. It is all on where you live. Different states, different laws. California is just that easy an anyone can get it here. All you need is a problem that traditional medicines are not working or even if the marijuana will provide you relief. I dont know what the fuck our problem is but dont even start shit in my post. U dont eve know what you are talking about man so just shut up
