1. Do you get your med card the day you are approved if not when
2. If you don't get it the day of can you stiil medicate without a material med card in hand.

You do not get it when you are approved and I do not know for sure on the second question! You have to apply on the web and then they send it so it take 5-7 days or so

the paper work you get from your doctor will act as yout card fro like 3 months or something.....or so i was told.

in cali we get ours the same day,before we even leave the building.

you can medicate in the privacy of your own home?

My Doctor signed my paperwork making it a legal "prescription/recommendation at that moment. Then the State wants their fee to make it legal by their standards & issue a card. There must be a fine for not getting the card ? The Dr has approved it just like any other treatment & Im not required to register with the state for much harder drugs. I wonder what the fine is or what would happen.

That is the issue!

In California your doctors recommendation is good enough!! Arizona Dept of Health does NOT recognize the authorization to cultivate a relation with your doctor instead takes it upon themselves to say who can grow and who can't!!!

Shouldn't the Department of Health realize the damage being done to a patient if the Department decides who can cultivate and who can't?

Dispensaries are opening soon.. And if u live 25 miles from a dispensary you will no longer be able to grow your own medicine!

If you get your card before a dispensary opens in your area, you have one year from the date the card is issued to grow. Even if one opens next door to you, your authority to cultivate is unaffected. When you go to renew your card, they will do a search for dispensaries in your area, and one by one we'll be denied until we can get a handle on this 25 mile garbage

your card should arrive in just a couple days from uploading the info.....I uploaded on a tuesday and received the card on saturday

Calm down. And stop checking the mail box 4 times a day! It will come!
