Medicinal & Cultivation Cards

ok, heres my deal. I did not get my medicinal cannibus card from my primary doctor but from one i have seen in the past. he gave me an option to get a cultivation license to grow up to 99 plants. I have no desire to grow even close to that quantity but i got it anyway. is this a legal document or did he just want my money? Thank you all...from California btw.

its legit, I got mine, its just a little harder to find information about it. I had to email NORML because it wasnt on their website. if you want to grow more than 6 plants or start your own club its an easy decision for around two hundred bucks.
