Hello guys!Mayb some will call this this a dumb question but i wanna really know.If i will beggin to meditate everyday, should i quit ciggaretes?I mean should i beggin to be more healthy if i wanna walk a spiritual way?
 
From the question you ask, I think you can guess the answer. I'm a student of meditation, and it has brought my life to a great place within myself. I also used to smoke, sometimes 2 packs a day. I've never had a problem quitting things so I decided to quit a year ago and it's been the best choice for my rebirthing breaths, and my calming mantras, and overall me. Take it upon yourself to do what it seems you already want to do, quit. I hope i've confirmed what you wanted.

And i am not anymore the guy who smokes weed everyday just to feel more relaxed and to cover his problems
 
I smoke weed and take dabs everyday, I don't find it decreases my respiratory function at all, I'm outdoors alot and garden all day, at around 5500 feet above sea level, so my lungs are pretty well excersized.

But i was thinkin that weed relaxes the pineal gland and that is a reason why you didn't experience dreams anymore and i was wondering if meditation has the same quality if u smoke everyeday

Quit, or lower the amount you smoke (cigs/weed) for practical reasons.

Do not readily believe the pseudoscience about the Pineal Gland.

Keep in mind that the brain contains Dopamine which can be released by several factors. This neurotransmitter can make you think you are one with the universe, or being visited by a divine presence.

Google "Dopamine reward system", "Dopamine addiction", and "Dopamine creativity".

Good luck with your meditation. The most interesting things for me is to just lay down, relax, eyes closed, and let your mind play it's movies from the subconscious.
