From the question you ask, I think you can guess the answer. I'm a student of meditation, and it has brought my life to a great place within myself. I also used to smoke, sometimes 2 packs a day. I've never had a problem quitting things so I decided to quit a year ago and it's been the best choice for my rebirthing breaths, and my calming mantras, and overall me. Take it upon yourself to do what it seems you already want to do, quit. I hope i've confirmed what you wanted.
