Mediums for germination

This season i want to try a new medium.

I tend to use mediums without nutrients as it seems to work best.

Can anyone recommend any really good mediums that theyve used in their grow?

And also does anyone disagree about not using nutrients in the early stages?

coco, naw, you need nutes... plants need feed if there's none in the medium.

Yeah, i mean in the germination period?

no, the cotyledons take care of early on. but some feed from the get-go..

I germinate in coco just make sure it has no salts....i get great results.

Either directly in the Soil or in Rapid Rooters
