Mendocino Rental Property

Hey, this is a little different..... my wife and I are looking to find a new Prop. 215 friendly landlord in Norcal.

I am already a Mendocino LOCAL.
I have just exhausted my options for the pre-season (a house fell through, most others have been snapped up), and I am sick of current spot.

We can pay up to $3000/month for private spot, hopefully on acreage, for a smaller size outdoor garden.

We are not intending to do an indoor crop at the new property, but if the house is set up for indoor too, no problems there.

Any Q's, just post em or send me a message if it seems more privately appropriate.

Oh yeah, employed and have money to ready.... won't need to trade or anything funny like that.

Its a matter of economies of scale. And apparently your economic position doesn't allow for making moves of any scale. Closet grower. :peace:

haha your a dumbass its got nothing to do with making economic moves its got to do with that your on a website about growing weed and your asking for a house its just not gonna happen. and as for calling me a closet grower your the one looking for a house... and who cares where someone grows as long as there experimenting with growing such a fine herb, personally i love growing outdoors becuase it bring you closer with nature. your probably just gonna get a reply on here for a house and when you go to look at it your gonna be surounded by cops with guns. so ya once again nice try!

Why not,are people that smoke pot all broke & living week to week ?

If he was in the same state as me i'd rent him 1 of my 6 houses,by the end of this year i'll hopefully have 10 rental units,dont think for 1 second that everybody here is a teeny booper with no resources.

1. Not really "asking" for a house either buddy. Need a second house.

2. Cops? Busting me for what? Renting a house? I LIVE IN A MEDICAL STATE IN THE EMERALD TRIANGLE. Cops and Feds bust river rats, not young, white clean cut, employed growers who keep their noses down. Most of my local towns would fold without the marijuana economy propping it up.

3. It might be such "a fine herb" and all that buddy, but lets not get all fucking magical and esoteric about weed. Your not a shaman. It smokes. It relaxes. It pays well.
