Nah their growth pattern is different than weed or other top-able plants - they have one main trunk, and the branches only grow out horizontally from that main trunk in groups (I refer to them as tiers or levels). If you cut the growing tip off above one of those tiers, eventually it'll form a new vertical trunk and continue that same pattern (mine hasn't yet that I've noticed, but it's pretty close to the ceiling so I haven't gotten up there to check recently). Afaik it's not going to split into two or more main trunks no matter what you do.And it will grow back? I thought that maybe they would send out side branches or something.
Yup once they're gone they're gone. The only new growth I've ever had on mine is from the very top.Oh, ok, no wonder all the branches that died off of my other one are gone for good. It's just basically a long trunk with a few branches at the top, pretty ugly, is why I didn't post that one, haha!
