Messed up my germination need prof. help

Why Why Why

3 of my 5 germinating seeds have their stalks bent over. Im sorry to say they do not look healthy. Can I rejuvinate them somehow. They are prized seeds and all I have...please, any help..

Background:
I left the seeds at a friends and they were doing fine. last saturday I went back and they were still OK but starved of water. I got a little over zelous and turned up the heat and gave them a good soaking ( I know fresh tap water is not a good thing but all i had at the time ). Im thinking the fresh city water and perhapsleaving the heater setting a little high hurt them.

I know, I know and Im ashamed for what I did....

how do seeds have their stalks bent over? im confused. seeds dont have stalks last i checked. if were talking about seedLINGS then you probably need your light closer and a fan blowing on them.

could be a couple of things - lights too far from the seedlings, overwatered or something else. pics would help.

a couple of fixes for the weak stems - either stake them up or bury the stems in more soil.

Have a Gro Lux overhead and using premier Pro Blend.

Yes, seedlings, my error. I think the light set-up i now have will help.
