Hey psuafriend,

Growstones those days, no perlite no more. But I don't add much if any really!
The structure of the living soil apparently holds amazing,
referring to those no til growers who don't even take the roots out between grows!

Yep it is pretty amazing! I am sure the insulated cab plays it's role. I BELIEVE AND I AM CONFIRMING WITH FACTS THAT INSULATION WITH LEDS GOES VERY WELL, FOR DIFFERENT REASONS FOR DIFFERENT SEASONS.
Also the rocks and clays are helping with water retention.
And the bark and the coco too. But since the rocks, there's a noticeable difference (zeolite among the others).

They were watered with aloe vera + ful-power (fulvic acid) + agsil (silica organically approved)
Kind of supercropped tips for taller plants

This level of soil building detail obviously pays off for years. Very foolproof for newbs, also, as the previous pic from my buddy shows. Very competent and balanced living soil + plant takes care of itself. jubiare has a lush grow.

Soil
Half of it from previous grows, aged about 2years! basis is coco + nursery bark + perlite + growstones + ewc. Plus various amendments.
The other half:
2 part peat (Peat collected as a result of natural erosion and not dug from living bogs)
1 part growstones (1/3 biochar)
1 part ewc (1/3 compost)

Liming ( x gallon)
1tbsp limestone
1tbsp gypsum

Clay/rock ( x gallon)
2tbsp rock dust
2tbsp zeolite
2tbsp granite
1tbsp rock phosphate

Amendments ( x gallon)
1tbsp crustacean meal
1tbsp neem meal
1tbsp flaxseed meal
1tbsp alfalfa plus
1/2 tbsp kelp
50gr humates granules x whole media
Might steal some of these ideas..... :)

Sorry, no offences intended at all

But in this case life is just a faggot

They ALL hermied on me! Perhaps that male was removed too late before vacation.. Perhaps I shouldn't have fimmed fem seeds (part of them were fem).. Perhaps I was just naive not to check for balls

Beautiful plants
Removed them just a few days after my last post/pics
One stayed in as it seemed to have fewer male traits and was developing flowers but, I just trashed it a few days later

Well, that's over now

Nevermind (!?!)

Right this run is a mix again

Those are fem commercial indica dom from south Africa, nothing special
IMG_20130827_223654.JPG

Here there's reg Kali mist + a reg pure sativa rare African strain
The baby ones are fem super skunk
IMG_20130827_161352.jpg

This is a "no til" from the previously trashed ones, just removed roughly the stem. Watered with a compost tea to help reactivating the micro herd promptly.

Two strings of red have been switched off til today, transplant day.

When little ones grow up I'll switch a 250 hps on, we might have a "fight" (not a real one with same genetics blah blah)

I am officially scrutinising(?) for ball sacks this time LOL

I hope this is a she can't confirm 100%, a real sativa

This is a 12/12 from seeds. No topping this time unfortunately, am paranoid of faggots LOL

Take care RIU

Hi RIU

here things are not bad, no hermies this time that's for sure LOL!

Plants haven't responded very well to the no till, mind they are only 3gallons fabric pots: no till is for much larger pots, eh! It's given me bonsai type plants, not enough nitrogen left over.. Especially for the indica's.

The 4 youngest plants are in recycled amended media, doing better. Most bonsai ones are under the hps... I want to see what the mevo's can do this time

ROLS rocks... Don't you just love how healthy everything is even when unattended for a while. I'm 3 weeks into flower of my 4th or 5th generation rols after a month long break. Your panels and plants look great. Sweet building job on the panels.

Hey Man, happy you are back at it after the unfortunate news I seen on yr thread!

Yes ROLS is soooo good.. I really forget about the garden, they are there and they do their thing.. I water and occasionally do more than that. But really, I am busy with my life, so do my plants LOL

day (?)
temps 80f (day)

whats up RIU
last watered with coconut water, top dressed with fish bone & blood a few weeks back
other than that just watering as needed

it's not going to be the greatest weight wise, my recycled thing missed the punch this time, learning how much to re amend between cycles (depending on strains and I am kinda growing random various seeds 12/12)

"strong" recycled soil currently cooking for two young "jack's" coming in the game soon, while the 4 under the hps are finishing up (one is already hanging and drying up)

the two Kali
