Mewk's Tiny PC Grow #2 / 69w CFL / Soil

Just popped my head in the box to check all was okay. I had to tie down a couple wayward shoots that were gettin a little too big for their boots. A couple minutes of folding leaves under wires, and I was rewarded with very slightly sticky fingers. The resin is on it's way!

I've noticed the last couple times that I've checked, that she really seems to have had a major burst of growth. I'm seeing tons of new budsites appearing from between all the nodes on the main stem, she's also jumped about another inch or so in height (well, length seeing as she's laid flat). I do need to resort that LST really, but some of it's got her twisted all over the place, and I'm probably gonna just end up leaving it like that.

Crappola pics again, as I forgot to grab them until after she'd been watered. So you'll have to have a look at her whilst she's stuck in the box.

Nice and bushy. I like the fact that the nodes are nice and compact and you havent even started to remove the stack of dvds. Theyre going to reach and stretch and will have so much room to pack on the weight.

So much positive Love! Thanks all, it's really appreciated. Just a heads up. I think our Internet might get cut today as we're late on the bills. So could be a few days before I'm back on here properly. Until then just mini updates from the phone when I can suck up some free wifi. Anyone on here using the RIU app? Is it worth the pennies?

I prefer the website over the app even when I update from my phone I just go to the Web Brower

Thanks again mate... Yeah, I'm so happy with how this grow's gone so far, comparing to the first one in this box it's a world of difference. That extra height has really given me some options, and like you said, I've not even started to use it yet. The change to horizontal lights, combo'd with my not snipping and trimming left, right n centre have without a doubt made a major move in the right direction. Big thanks to whoever it was that suggested the ceramic fixings for the bulbs (emannn?)... Wouldn't have worked without 'em.

Ginger & smatz, thanks for the heads up on the app. I think I'll leave it for a while, haven't really got the spare ££ at the minute, and I'm doin fine with the browser version anyways.

Right, well I just popped the box open to have a quick butchers, and all is like a dream. The budsites seem to be springing up everywhere, I chucked down a little more LST, to try and level things out, so I can still keep her nice and close to the lights.

She's showing pistils all over the place, and the tiny budsites growing along the nodes are now starting to look as though they could all be serious contenders.

Getting that faint whiff of weed off her now, instead of the tomatoe kinda smell of the veg stage. The CF is holding out at the moment, I've added a tiny fan the other side of the box, pushing a little air in. It's not really much good at the moment as it's blocked up with the dvd's, but in time it'll see daylight... well, CFL light.

When I first started posting on here, someone told me that if I didn't give her enough space under the canopy for air to move around, I'd be in trouble... Any thoughts on this, she seems to be taking it with no problem at the moment. And she's touching dirt in more than a few places.

Oh the watering regime is very technical. I do a finger test to see if the soil's dry, if it is I lean the top of a 2 litre water bottle over the far right edge, glug about 1/4litre in, then do the same up the other end. Seems to get pretty decent coverage.

It in a pain in the backside to water plants like this lol mines not as bushy but watering is always a task. Planning on flipping mine in the next few day's camt wait to start seeing bud sights
