I use MG Moisture Control exclusively. There is a learning curve with this stuff, but it's nothing, really. By design (using the "up-to-90 days" as 75 days) I time my budding so 75/90 days ends 4-5 weeks before harvest, then use only molasses water all the way out. (1TB/Gal) 2 molasses waterings to each plain water, all thoroughly.
This said, I'm thinkin' over-watering in this case. That's the object . . . I CAN'T over or under water as long as I wait X days between watering, X being the tuned in amount of days actually needed by the growth. My meter never calls for water, but my plants grow 3-5" almost overnight when I do water, once a week, at most . . . unless it's mega-hot out. Of course, this also depends on planter sizes.
When you're too full, or have had too much to drink, do you feel like your plant sometimes looks? They just don't need that much of anything later in these grows. IMO.
