MH Light?

Never Known

So I’ve heard that MH lights stop stretch during first 2 weeks of flower my rooms are around 6ft high.

I have 3 600w HPS
2 450 CFL
2 Spider Farm SF2000

I have 2 rooms 2m x 2m
3.5m x 3.5m and I have 20 plants.
Would it be beneficial for me to buy a MH?
Thanks

I’ve only heard that blue spectrum helps with vegetative growth. My best plants have HPS from seed

High intensity blue/white light will limit stretch and keep internodes shorter than, say, HPS or other flower spectrum lights (or a lower amount of blue light, for example, CFL).
Do you think that’s true even if the light is strong enough? Or is that a whole separate issue?

An MH that is of equal size to an HPS will cause plants to grow more compact, yes. There are some who purposely throw an MH lamp in their HPS flower tents to keep stretch as minimal as possible even. Whether that helps noticeably, I am unsure.

It’s all about spectrum. The CMH and the HPS are for different growth. Check this out. There are the respective spectrums. Lol. Says that fast a few times

You can also use PGRs to limit stretch...but thats kinda a swear word ...but blue spectrum will limit stretch or you can simply move your flowering lights closer.. If you can keep temps at aprox 26degrees ...- STELTHY :leaf:
