Michigan Medical Marijuana Conference coming to Ann Arbor and Traverse City

Walked out on the the Rep. Calton 4271 panel, and spoke at the THS-mi meeting...

any of you show up for the meeting on sat night? it was a good turnout of 50 or so :)

hope you guys stopped at the THS table as well...

I had a bandana on eveyday, glasses. the one from CNN... that guy, lol
 
sure I talk to you I talked to everyone and was so damn high its blurry but I'm sure we chatted. PMG shirt on Saturday and the legalize it bandanna and black t today.
 
Boooooo... Oh well, we'll see. I'm just as concerned that this is being held on tribal land = not MI law. That seems just too freaky to be true.
 
Still hoping there's some instruction / guidelines for medicating at the conference... Maybe this is just me, but isn't this normally a part of these larger conferences? Some medicating area? I'd hate to think the parking lot is all there is. Sounds like a liability to me.
 
Yeah other than noting a couple key speakers & grow class on Sat...there is very little information. For a 3 day event I would hope for a little more info.
 
At this point I have no idea what the conference is about, and the ONLY reason I'm even thinking of going is to maybe meet up with some of you fine people. The conference itself is a mystery to me.
 
The mystery aye ? lol I think it is more than anything , just a plan laid out for monetary gains . Perhaps I am wrong but I have not seen much to indicate otherwise .. Regardless as others mentioned it could be a good meeting ground for those who wish to intermingle and get to know one another in person .
 
Prof- you're not too hot on the merits of the show itself, eh? I wonder how the earlier conference went last month?
 
Can't say you're wrong professor. Its both a meeting place and a place to do some commerce for sure. I like seeing the seed vendors go from 0 to 6 in 2 shows but I'm just going to say it: SHITTY presentation! Not to knock the organizers (except I'm about to) but I was a vendor at the last one and didn't know what time it started-just guessed. looked up Sunday at home before I left on the internet and couldn't find any time info. same tired ass poster on a few sites with dates and no times and very little info on what was going on. you're for sure not alone if you come "mid-day" to just see what the fuck. That's 99% of the people going to it, but the vendors are all cool and will talk for ever most of them happily without selling the shit out of you so its cool. big-ass meet and greet with shit to buy if you like is how I'd describe it. if you come to buy you'll be happy if you come to get blew out and walk around and talk to high people you'll be happy. the medicating area I can't speak to but I don't eve have trouble finding people and places to get blazed up. its free aside from travel and lodging so why not.
