Deep water culture (hydroponics) 5 gallon buckets, 2 general hydroponics dual diaphragm air pumps (4 sites each, 8 sites total for air tubing) connected to black air tubing to prevent light leaks in my buckets, connected to 4 inch air stones (1 per res) currently I only have 4 out of 10 seeds survive. No clue the strains anymore cuz I accidentally mixed them up (rookie mistake) Testing ph, water temp, ec, and ppm 500 scale on bluelab probe meter. Using General Hydroponics flora trio, Reverse Osmosis water comes out at 0ppm. I always shake all bottles of additives and nutes b4 use. First I add about 4 gallons ro water then adjust ro water with GH CaliMagic to 200 ppm 500 scale or .4 ec. Then micro, grow, bloom, rapidstart. Then I ph to 6.0 because 6.0 to 6.3 is optimal for veg. (5.7 to 5.9 optimal for flowering) although 5.5 to 6.5 range will work also. After I ph I add hydroguard. 1 Indica and 3 sativas or hybrids (not sure) getting clones and also longer vegged hydro plants from other grower friends to add to the room soon. Vegging started on these 4 seeds under 4 bulb 4 foot high output t5 lamp. A friend is borrowing me a 400 watt mh magnetic ballast and light to add the extra plants I'm getting. I also have a 1000 watt magnetic hps for flowering and a bulb that can switch to 1000 w mh. Few weeks into veg. Small plants cuz I got rid of root rot a few weeks back but there bouncing back good.
