Well I talked to Hazeman and he gave me the go ahead to call the strain Kid Rock.
Yippie!:lol:

I told him what happened with first one and he taught me how to deal with that if I need to again and gave me other pointers.
Guy is like a walking encyclopedia of weed knowlege man.

So I still got 2-3 weeks before I got room under my limit to start one or two of them.
But this is my next test for sure.
He put a lot of work into this one from the sounds of it man. Should be dank as hell.

I got these seeds from Hazeman to test and strain has no name and the hybrid mix string is too long for my tags.
So I figured I need a name to refer to it.

Yeah - he was thinking of calling it Lavender Kush before I asked about Kid Rock.
I seen Soma has a Lavender; so that might be confusing. I dunno.

Well when I did my clones I was trying to do a real thin shoot from the re-veg of Fat Marty in cloner.
It didn't look too good in the morning; so I took another from the top area:

It's the one in the middle.
Notice the fat ass fan leaves - that's where I got to the 'fat' part of the name.
The rest was easy.:bigjoint:

That was at day 65. Purple People Eater was the strain (Purple Urkel X Purple Trainwreck). Dense buds, lots of resin, heavy yield, intense stone, and the smell was off the hook. I actually can't risk growing it again because of the odor. It was easily 10x anything I've ever grown. With two carbon filters, the smell still managed to leak through three sets of doors and stink up five floors to high heaven. All from one plant. The landlord had to come tell me to fix my shit, I was so used to the odor I couldn't smell it anymore. Oops.

That's kind of funny man - I had some Arcata Cut Trainwreck that stunk so bad I was sure it was sick.
Friends loved it but I couldn't grow that anymore.

Purple People Eater.
I love that strain name - working on my own version of a purple people eater thing - guess I'll have to call it Purple Marty or something stupid like that.:eyesmoke:

Ha, yeah, I think it's the Trainwreck genetics that are responsible for the stink. You probably experienced the same thing.

It actually is really funny to me now, since I didn't get robbed as a result. I guess the smell was so overwhelming that no one could figure out what door it came from.

It's like this a lot in Ann Arbor... I'll be strolling down the street and WHAM, get hit with a huge wall of fresh cannabis odor... happens all the time.

I'm already on it - got a friend who is part time neighbor of his knows some of his family.
Sent him home AFU on one toke of Fat Marty and a promise that when ready he will get Kid Rock sample and seeds.

I figure it's best to just do it, and let him know after; so he doesn't have to worry about answering questions...
My friend met KR and PA on the lake boating one day back then - sorry I didn't take him up on that boat ride.
